New Media/Entertainment Company seeking Office Manager/Executive Assistant
We are seeking a talented, multi-faceted Office Assistant/Executive Assistant for our Midtown West office. We are a small start up with offices in 3 countries. The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of South Asian culture and an interest to help where needed. Need a hard-working, go-getter. Previous office experience necessary, but this is a great position for recent grads.
Proficiency with Outlook REQUIRED and knowledge of Excel and Word highly recommended
MUST be able to multi-task in a high stress environment
Typical duties include:
• Answer phones; meet and greet clients
• Manage the schedule of company President/Chairman
• Coordinate company travel: local and international
• Supervise office appearance including renovations and organization
• Provide administrative support for international offices
• Direct and organize the deadlines for all department projects and proposals
• Handle all invoices and expense reports
